Australian Passport Renewal Application (PC7)

 

Adult Passport Renewal Application (PC7)

You may lodge this application in person by appointment, or by mail.

Please see this link for mail-in instruction, or if you choose to lodge in-person by appointment, please follow the instructions below:
 

To lodge this application you must bring the following to your interview:

  • your most recent Australian passport

  • your completed application form

  • two (2) new, compliant passport photo (less than 6 months old)

    • we will attached the photos to your application form

    • please do not use paper clips, staples, tape or glue to attach your photos

  • payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or by debit card (not available for mailed in applications)

  

Also, please ensure:

  • your application form is valid - check the expiry date at the top of the form

  • section 5 is signed and dated using the Australian date format of 'DD/MM/YYYY'

  • your signature at section 5 is signed by hand and is fully contained within the white signature box

    • digital signatures cannot be accepted

  • no alterations to signed declarations (no whiteout)

  • your full name is printed on the back of one photo

  • your passport photos meet the Australian Passport Office photograph guidelines

    • photos should not be blurry, pixelated and should not have flash reflection, shadows or 'red-eye'

  

Your application form does not have to be printed on Australian A4 size paper, however the application form must be correctly sized to letter or legal size paper, ensuring that details from the top or bottom of the application form have not been cut off.
